Level III Training & Level IV – Personal Protection Officer (PPO) Training

Level III

This is a 2-Part course. The in-class portion is 6-Hour course, however, the total course is 45 hours. Each Section requires a minimum of 51 mins each before you can proceed to the next. During this online course (Part 1/2) you will cover units 1-4,6,9 and 10 and the remaining units in a classroom setting on-site. Level IV Personal Protection Officer (PPO)

This is a 15 hour course that is required by the Texas Department of Public Safety – Private Security Board. This course meets if not exceeds the training requirements of the PSB for a Personal Protection Officer license which allows a security officer to work in a bodyguard position. Subjects covered include: how to protect the principle when alone or as a team, threat avoidance techniques, and how to plan and scout escape routes. Some defensive tactics are taught as well as transportation tips, and the value and importance of proper planning and preplanning.

Note: We do not administer the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) Test which is part of the licensing requirement before submitting your PPO/Level IV registration to PSB for a license.
